Your Cushion Moss comes in a clear 140x100mm cup made from PLA (corn starch), a 100% compostable material that is not plastic. The cup includes a 4mm hole for air exchange, creating a mini greenhouse environment for your plant while it is in transit and on display. To ensure stability and flexibility, we grow our Cushion Moss in our innovative Sticky Soil.

Grown on Sticky Soil

- Select the location for your Cushion Moss within your setup. Keep in mind that it prefers indirect, diffused light.

- Carefully remove the Cushion Moss and the Sticky Soil from the packaging. This can be done using a spoon, your fingers, or by cutting the PLA packaging for easier access.

- Position the Cushion Moss and the Sticky Soil on your chosen surface in the setup. The Sticky Soil can adhere to any surface—walls, glass, wood, stone—providing you with a wide range of planting options.

- Cover the Sticky Soil with moss to help maintain humidity, which contributes to healthier plant growth and reduces maintenance.

- Ensure that your Cushion Moss is consistently moist and located in a high humidity environment.

- While Cushion Moss typically maintains its dense, dome-shaped growth form, occasional trimming can be done to keep it within desired boundaries.

- After use, be sure to compost the PLA packaging, aligning your planting practice with sustainability.
