1 - Pricing

All prices listed on the WIO website are in Euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) as per Spanish regulations. The prices exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due as displayed in the shopping cart and confirmed at the checkout page.
 

2 - Payment Methods

WIO accepts several methods of payment

- Bank Transfer: After placing an order and selecting Bank Transfer as the payment method, please complete the bank transfer to the WIO IBAN account provided in the confirmation email within three days.

- Credit Card: Payments can be made via VISA, V PAY, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club International, Discover, UnionPay, JCB, and Apple Pay. Your card will be debited when you place the order.

- PayPal: Payments can also be made through PayPal. Your order will be processed once the PayPal transfer has reached our account.
 

3 - Secure Payment

We ensure secure payment transactions through SSL encryption technology. Your card data remains confidential and is not accessible by WIO.
 

4 - Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your transaction.
 

5 - Pricing Changes

WIO reserves the right to change the prices of products at any time without prior notice. However, once an order is placed, the price of the purchased product will remain unchanged.
 

6 - Failed Transactions

In case of failed transactions or payment errors, we advise you to check your account status and contact your bank or payment provider. If problems persist, please contact our customer service.
